Monaco Pictures opens at Bridge Street in Huntsville, Alabama.

November 16th, 2007 marks the opening of Monaco Pictures, an up-scale movie theater and restaurant located in the high-end Bridge Street center in Huntsville.  General admission tickets will cost $9 while VIP tickets will cost $12 ($10 at matinées).  Tickets for children under the age of 12 will be $6.50.

Movies being shown are Beowolf, American Gangster, Bee Movie, Fred Claus, and Mr. Magorium’s Wonder Emporium. 

Also on opening night, the Bridge Street Christmas tree will be lit at 6PM.  You can view the lighting for the Monaco patio with free hot chocolate being served.

Inside the movie theater the seating will be spacious.  A VIP balcony will be over head.  Throughout the theater custom leather stadium seating has been installed.  The seats will recline and rock.  Cupholder and large adjustable armrests will be attached to the seats.

Privé is the name of the VIP experience at Monaco.  No one under the age of 21 is allowed in the VIP area which is only accessible via a stair case or glass elevators.  The VIP area will host a wine bar, high end concessions, and a dining experience.  The Prive area is also a mini-club.  You can hang out there even if you aren’t attending a movie.

The Scene Lounge will offer a sushi bar, cocktail lounge and specialty drinks, small plate dining, and full-menu dining.

Monaco has 14 auditoriums.
