Redstone Technology Park is in the works adding 2-4 million square footage of office and retail space.
Some stats from the promo flyer from the developer has these estimates:
- 14.6% population growth to 614,000 by 2010 and 652,000 by 2015 and 718,000 by 2030.
- New $1.4 billion in outputs, $388.5 in earnings, and 10,472 direct and indirect jobs from 2006 to 2010 for the region.
- $359 million in new military construction in the area.
